Ingredients:
- Onion - 2 no, chopped
- Tomato - 2 no, chopped
- Cucumber - 1/2 no, chopped
- Green Chilli - 2 no, chopped
- Yogurt - 2 cups
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - a pinch
- Black Pepper - 1 1/2 teaspoon
Directions:
- In a bowl, add onion, tomatoes, cucumber, green chillies and mix.
- Add salt to taste, sugar(optional), blackpepper and curds. Mix them well.
- Vegetable Raita can be served with chapathi or any other rice item.
