Ingredients:
- Chicken - 12 pieces, medium sized
- Onion - 2 medium sized, chopped
- Green Chilli - 2 no
- Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic paste - 1 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander Leaves (cilantro) - 3 tablespoon
- Coriander Powder - 2 teaspoon
- Garam Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Green Capsicum - 1 no
- Tomato - 1 no, medium sized, chopped
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Oil - 2 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
Directions:
- Heat oil in a pan, add green chillies, onions, ginger paste, garlic paste and fry till onion turns light brown.
- Add coriander powder, garam masala powder and saute it.
- Add chicken pieces and mix well.
- Add chopped coriander leaves, salt to taste and mix well.
- Add 2 glasses of water, cover and cook for 20 minutes on a medium flame.
- Add capsicum, tomatoes, coriander leaves and mix well.
- Cover and cook on a high flame for 2 minutes.
- Serve with simple ghee rice.
