Ingrediants:

- Onion-2
- Tomato-1
- Curry leaves-handfull
- Chilli powder-1 tsp
- Pepper powder-1 tsp
- Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
- Green chilli-1
- Garam masala-1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
- Coriander leaves-4 stems
- Egg-4
- Oil
Directions:
- Add oil in tawa
- When oil get heated add choped onion,tomato,ginger garlic paste,green chilli,curry leaves
- Fry till the raw smell vanish
- Add the chilli powder,turmeric powder,pepper powder,garam masala,salt,egg
- Add parotta when the egg half cooked
- Mix well till the egg combine with parotta
- Garnish with coriander leaves
