Ingredients:
- prawns 250 gm(minced prawn)
- sombu 12 tsp
- choped onion 1/2 cup
- grated carrot 1 tsp
- chopped coriander 1 tsp
- besan gram flour 100 gm
- garam masala 1 tsp
- Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
- ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- rice flour 1 tsp
- green chilli 4
- salt to taste
- Oil
Directions:
- Mix all the above ingredients and make it as balls
- Heat oil in tawa and deep fry the balls
