Dates and almond milkshake

Ingredients:

  • Dates - 6 no, deseeded and chopped
  • Almond - 8 no, soaked and chopped
  • Apple - 1/2 , chopped
  • Milk - 2 glasses
  • Sugar - as taste (optional)
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Ice cubes - 4 no

Directions:

  1. Soak the almond for 20 mins.
  2. Grind dates, almonds, apple, milk, honey, sugar(optional) and ice cubes.
  3. Strain the liquid mixture and transfer into a glass.
  4. Serve with honey on top.
