Cabbage fritters

Ingredients:

  • Cabbage - 2 cup, finely chopped
  • Onion - 2 medium sized, finely chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Besan - 2 tablespoon
  • Green Chilli - 2 no, chopped
  • Rice Flour - 4 tablespoon

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, add cabbage, onion, green chilli, salt to taste, red chilli powder and mix well. Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Add besan, rice flour and mix well.
  3. Make small flat disc out of the mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying, put the cabbage discs into the oil and fry.
  5. Remove it on a paper towel.
  6. Cabbage fritters are ready to eat.
