Vegetable Cutlet
Ingredients:
- Carrot-1
- Beans-10
- Mashed potato-150 gms
- Cabbage-50 gms
- Onion(medium)-1
- Green chilli-2
- Chilli powder-1 tsp
- Garam masala-1/2 tsp
- Maida-1/2 cup
- water-1/4 cup
- bread crumbs-200 gms
- Salt-to taste
- Oil-for frying
Directions:
- Cut all vegetables finely
- In a bowl add maida,water and make it as paste
- In a bowl add mashed potato,vegetables,garam masala,chilli powder and salt
- Make the mixture into small ball
- Dip that ball in maida paste and roll it over the bread crumbs
- Heat oil and deep fry it
- Once it turn to golden brown remove from oil and serve with sauce
