Kaara chutney
Ingredients:
- Onion-1(chopped)
- Tomato-3
- Dry red chilli-10
- Tamarind-very small lime size
- Oil 3 tsp
- Urad dhal 1 tsp
- Mustard seed 1/2 tsp
- Salt-to taste
Directions:
- Heat oil in a kadai, fry onion till they become golden brown.
- Add tomatoes and fry till the oil comes out and keep it aside.
- Fry dry red chillies and tamrind seperately in a tbsp of oil
- Allow both to cool down.
- Grind it in a mixer with salt to taste
- Temper with urad dal,mustard n red chilli.
"Now the hot kaara chutney is ready to serve"
