Cut the potato into half and then again cut it into three pieces vertically.
Boil them in sufficient water for two minutes and drain the water.
In a mixing bowl, add jeera powder, black pepper powder, salt to taste and red chilli powder.
Add potatoes into it and mix well.
Add maida, sprinkle a little water and mix.
In a deep pan, add oil and deep fry the wedges till it is crispy.
Drain and place them on an absorbent paper.
Sprinkle a little pepper powder, red chilli powder, jeera powder and serve hot.
