Take a big bowl and beat the eggs one by one in it.
Add finely chopped onion, tomatoes and green chillies. mix thoroughly.
Add cumins, garam masala powder, curry powder and salt.
Mix continue to blend the proper spices while making all the omelet’s.
Heat a non-stick tawa / griddle or pan.
Sprinkle some oil and allow the oil to heat enough.
Even tawa should be hot enough for making proper masala omelette.
Pour about 2 tbsp of prepared mixture for making 2-eggs masala omelette.
Cook from both sides till the omelette turns lighter brown in color.
Cook the omelette on a low flame and serve immediately.
