Cucumber mint soup

Ingredients:

  • Cucumber - 2 no, chopped
  • Onions - 1 big sized, chopped
  • Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Butter - 1 teaspoon
  • Pudina Leaves - 10 no

Directions:

  1. Heat a pan, add butter, onions and fry for a minute. 
  2. Add cucumber and fry until the cucumbers are soft.
  3. In a mixer, add this mixture and blend it well.
  4. Transfer into  a wire mesh strainer and drain thoroughly.
  5. Add pudina leaves, pepper and salt to taste.
  6. Serve hot.
