Prawn vadai


Ingredients:
  •  prawns 250 gm(minced prawn)
  •  sombu 12 tsp
  •  choped onion 1/2 cup
  •  grated carrot 1 tsp
  •  chopped coriander 1 tsp
  •  besan gram flour 100 gm
  •  garam masala 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
  •  ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  •  rice flour 1 tsp 
  •  green chilli 4
  •  salt to taste
  • Oil

Directions:

  1. Mix all the above ingredients  and make it as balls
  2. Heat oil in tawa and deep fry the balls

"Now the prawn vadai is ready to serve"
